Rehabilitate Runway 3/21 and Associated Taxiway Connectors: Runway 3/21 is 10,165´ x 150´ with 25´ paved shoulders on either side. Project consisted of milling 4˝ of existing paving and placing 4˝ of new bituminous paving course; major and minor crack repair with crack resistant fabric placement; replace runway lighting system with new LED lights; install new counterpoise wire and #8 AWG power cable throughout runway lighting system; installation of new RWIS Weather System; pavement markings, and grooving of new asphalt on Runway 3/21. Work included 51,600 ton asphalt paving, 41,000 LF of major and minor crack repair, 266,199 SY of asphalt removal, 163,000 SF of pavement markings, and 146,540 SY of grooving.
