Rehabilitate Runway 3/21; replace medium intensity runway lighting system; runway safety area improvements; pavement rehabilitation (taxiways and apron) and runway paved shoulders. Work included: moving 124,419 CYD of dirt; 682 LF culvert pipe; 65,057 SY asphalt milling; 56,425 T gravel; and 14,500 T asphalt paving.
